In order to achieve this business purpose, Varinos Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Varinos") has set and will achieve information security objectives to protect the information assets handled in the business of genome analysis from all threats and to meet the trust of all stakeholders. To this end, we have established the Information Security Policy and declare that we will implement safe and appropriate information security measures.

1.The Company will establish an internal system for information security, allocate the necessary resources, and promote the formulation and operation of regulations.
2.The Company shall identify all information assets handled by the Company, conduct risk assessments, and implement necessary safety management measures to ensure that confidentiality, integrity, and availability are not compromised.
3.The Company will comply with laws and regulations, national guidelines, other social norms (including ISO27001 in particular), and various contractual obligations regarding the handling of information assets.
4. the Company will regularly provide necessary education and training to all directors, employees, and other persons who use information assets to ensure that they are fully aware of this policy.
5.The Company shall take steps to prevent the occurrence of information security problems and, in the unlikely event that a problem does occur, shall take prompt action to prevent its recurrence.
